Explanation
There's an argument to be made that Sinsa isn't SS-tier, given that his overall output is much lower than someone like Azure. However, he's almost always the Best-in-Slot Captain for Fire teams, due to the fact that defense shred is arguably the strongest offensive debuff in the game. Almost every weakness Sinsa has is compensated by his strengths, leading him to match other Fire detonators' DPR on mid-defense enemies, but exceed them as enemies gain more defense.
Do note that Sinsa requires some awkward pathing to get the defense shred to work - he's definitely not SS-tier when defense shred isn't stacking.
