Explanation
Mu Yuebai has an extremely competitive ceiling, but a somewhat demanding investment requirement. In this sense, she’s fairly comparable to Nina – excellent at both mobbing and bossing, but only with strong conversion support or access to BT3. It’s enough to dock points from her overall rating at BT0, though she competes with Regal even at her worst. Still, the fact that she can go blow for blow with Azure counts for something, and even BT0 Mu is an arguable best-in-slot in mobbing maps and secondary teams.
