A mysterious creature from another world. It looks like a cat but speaks like a human. It guides the Phantom Thieves on various occasions. Able to use the special power Persona.
Height: About 1'8''
Affiliation: The Independent (Rebellious)
Fighting Style: Bandit Sword
Err... This creature before me
is definitely a cat, right?
Or would it be better to call it a plushie?
It has such cute eyes, I can't stop staring at it.
However, Mona denies having anything to do with cats.
Then why do I get the same thrill from this creature
that I get from seeing cute kitties?
Code name Mona.
According to Mona, although Joker is the leader of the Thieves,
Mona is their self-proclaimed trump card.
Mona can transform into a vehicle and
aid other comrades' movement in battle.
Mona shared a room with Joker back in their world.
And calls the old dwelling Leblanc.
Mona and Joker once happened to be arrested at the same time.
The pair met by chance and established the Phantom Thieves of Hearts together.
The Phantom Thieves will always complete a job with grace, no matter when.
Yep, right up my alley!
Let the battle commence!
Eclipsites... A thorough investigation will be necessary.
I trained the Phantom Thieves myself, there's no job they can't do!
The Phantom Thieves are cool? Well obviously.
I handpicked all of them, after all.
Assuming you're talking about people, how should I put this...? There are a few...
Dislikes? How about people who mock others for working hard?
How does one as huge as the Colossus fly?
Hey, can the Colossus transform like I do?
Oh, is it my turn now?
Is this the end...
Happy New Year! My resolution is to train you hard in the new year, so be prepared!
This is how powerful I am!
Leave it to me!
I'm gonna take a nap if you keep brushing me off.
I see my charm has amplified even more!
I'm not a cat! I'm Mona!
I think this place is amazing.
I'm not quite familiar with this world yet, so I'll leave the navigating to you.
Keeping our identities anonymous is how the phantom thieves do things.
I look forward to working with you!
All right, then, let's go!
As a Phantom Thief, I must retain the "Help the weak, don't cower to those in power" mentality.
You need to train harder if you want to be mighty like me!
Meow, shiny trinkets!
What? It was just a dream?
I promise I'll do really well this time, so have my reward ready.
Big fat tuna sashimi will do.
I get excited when I realize I'm flying in the sky right now.
It's nice to be able to experience a different culture and broaden my horizons. It's made me more charming, too.
It should be your honor to meet me!
It's too late for regrets!
When all this is over, I'd like to throw a victory party.
My memory's hazy, but I'll let my actions speak for themselves! That's why I'm the ace!
Don't know when I started being surrounded by people all the time. That's something I couldn't imagine when I was by myself.
I shall give my orders!
+Good chain for mobbing with low requirements
+Decent active ability
+AOA damage is very good
+Good stack gen
+Valuable in auto farming
-Very average in all respects
The welfare for the P5R collab is… a welfare, i.e. good but not great. Actually, he’s pretty close to Lola – a “fair” sniper in an element with total monsters; however, he trades her high specialization for better overall mobbing by way of mild 2x2 scaling. His stack generation is good but inconsistent, his overall DPR is middling, and mobbing is a very competitive niche in Forest. However, that’s not enough to knock him below A, given that Forest’s low end for mobbing is kind of clunky.
