Explanation
Because Jola does not preserve Green tiles when he resets, his conversion value is pretty bad - basically, you are riding on the fact that he provides poison and using his active as sort of a last resort once you've gone through and used all the green tiles on the map. This isn't completely worthless (and the enhanced tiles are a nice touch), but will come up much fewer times than normal on a single map.
